**Your Mission**:
**Mission & mains tasks**
Customer Service:
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center;
- Elaboration of technical reports and quotations for repairing;
- Providing support in field activities when requested;
- Providing customer training;
Sales:
- Ensuring the good communication with customers and end users
- Doing regular visits to customers and end users
- Identifying, establishing and creating new business;
- Tracking the bidding to participate, according to our products line;
- Promoting service activities: sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization, retrofits, trainings, maintenance contracts and sale of IOMS
- Preparing proposals and managing SEBR Purchase Orders in coordination with Site Manager;
- Answering customer inquiries, participate in meetings and visits and do following up of SEBR and SEGE offers;
- Performing data entry on the ERP system (OMIE), with relevant information to tracking opportunities;
- Presenting sales figures to be reached in the year, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met;
Logistics and Stock:
- Management of stock
- Reception of goods: Inspecting goods after the import process and identify whether it follows according to the customer’s purchase order, to inform the serial number of the items, packing the material and request issue the invoice and transportation.
**Your Profile**:
**Education**
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**
- Experience in Sales Energy and direct contact with Customers
- Experience in commissioning and installation on electrical equipment
- Technical understating of electrical substations or/ and DC traction substations
**Language skill**
- English and Spanish speaking
**Personality**
- Able to travel frequently in Brazil
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Able to work both autonomously and as a part of the team
