JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Finance Planning and Reporting Analyst I, will provide support to deliver a consistent financial planning and analysis experience that integrates planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting and will execute continuous process improvements to support decision making by the business group or function. In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to handle basic issues and perform routine support to the defined business or function to ensure effective business results. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform ad hoc analysis and basic modelling including cost of services and associated trends, both financial and nonfinancial, to support decision making and identify key performance indicators.
Assist with the identification of key financial risks, execute the monetization of integrated business planning, forecasting and operating review for the business group or function.
Assist to implement process improvements related to data and technology to support standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Partner with peers in cross functional financial teams to integrate effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to help provide insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
Assist to provide timely, accurate and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the assigned business group or function to help enhance decision making.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
English advanced
