WOOD, a global leader in the delivery of Projects, Engineering and Technical Services for the Energy and Industrial markets, hires a **3D Administrator **for its office in Rio de Janeiro.
**Objective**:
Level of seniority will be reflected in the level of experience and ability to solve most complex problems, may coach and guide others and will be seen as a senior member within the team.
**Responsabilities**:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Responsible for ensuring licenses in place for all deployed software including cost evaluation and management
- Act as the first point of contact and carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user issues
- Escalates to and works with vendor technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved in-house
Document infrastructure issues, submit to IT&S for and ensure resolution and close-out
Provide user training, desktop support and frontline user support including troubleshooting
Development and customisation of system deliverables such as drawings and reports, based on project requirements.
QualificaÃ-ões:
**Desired education requirements**:
- Technological Training in Information Technology Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or similar is desirable.
**Experience required**:
- Desirable 7 years of experience in project design, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries or Refinery.
- 3 years of experience in Administration of Electronic Mockups, Aveva PDMS/E3D packages, or Hexagon Smart Plant 3D, or others.
**Desired technical qualifications**:
- Desirable Advanced Office Package.
- Advanced English Desirable.
- Desirable experience in SQL, VB.Net, C# Desirable knowledge of documentation management systems.
