You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.Responsibilities:Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas.Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver.Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, update the HRIS as needed, and compile reports from the database.Co-championing employee engagement, including tracking of recognition programs and awards, helping plan events, and involvement in engagement initiatives.HR administrative work as needed.Requirements:HR background and experience (+3 years).Experience in employee relations and supporting corporate and field employees.Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.Effective communications with employees, coaching & advising skills.Strong project management skills.
Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus.Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner.Must be organized and detail-oriented.Reports to: LATAM Ops Director.
Expected interaction with CEO, COO and Sales Director.USD salary.
