Responsibilities:
* In-depth understanding of cross-border B2B payments and local markets, with potential client and sales channel networks, or the ability to develop them.
* Develop localized channel sales strategies and recruitment plans, leading local channels to achieve business revenue goals.
* Collaboration closely with internal teams to enhance channel efficiency through multi-dimensional empowerment methods and sales channel data analysis.
* Recruit new partners and create new profit channels in the market.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years' experience in channel partnership expansion or management in cross-border trade platforms or financial companies.
* Results-oriented, enjoys challenges, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
* Ability to maintain good communication and collaboration with different teams and partners.
* Local channel, platform, and network resources are a plus.
* Fluent in English, proficiency in local languages is a plus.
