- Preferred Background & ExperienceRelavant Backgrounds:
- Early-Stage Sales or Business Development Experience
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management or business development (preferably in financial services, but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Industry Exposure (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience or familiarity with capital markets, banking, fund administration, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Background in client-facing roles at financial institutions, law firms, or fintech companies.Language & Cultural Fit:
- Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory!)
and proficient in English (preferred) for internal and regional interactions.
