In this role, you will oversee service projects within the ELDS (Electrification Distribution Solutions) in Brazil, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback to the teams.
Main focus is conducting projects of systems and equipment packages (up to 40KV) such as E-houses, skids, MV panels, LV panels, transformers, auxiliary systems.
Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support for Risk Review of new projects with Bid/quotation teams.
- Leading hand-over and kick off meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Managing the development of project planning documents (staff, resources, scheduling)
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
- Participation in global project review meetings providing status updates of the physical and financial schedule, risks and opportunities for the team.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements,
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
**Your background**:
- Relevant experience in project management, working as project manager with the related portfolio - E-houses, skids, MV panels, LV panels, transformers, auxiliary systems.
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical engineering is preferred).
- Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
