**Scope of work & Activities**:
- Handover of new devices.
- Collecting the old returned devices.
- Updating ServiceNow tickets.
- Doing regular inventory for their asset new and old.
- Sending daily reports on the new assets provided and old assets returned to the Project Manager.
- Rescheduling of appointments if the end users is out on vacation and will back at a later date for collection of new laptops.
- Daily meetings with the Project Manager on the updates on the project and for any issues faced; etc
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of Technical IT Support (Level 2)
Advanced knowledge of English (Conversational English is mandatory) and computer networks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.

Scheme of work: Monday to Friday (08:00 am to 17:00 pm.)
**Salary**: R$2,578.38 - R$11,047.55 per month
