**Activities after sales process**:
Visit customers in order to push sales of spare parts, retrofits and service, and to collect information to improve our customers’ satisfaction
Maintain contact with customers to provide spare parts and service offers
Stock proposal of after sales products
Ensures the customer files of the after-sales department are up to-date and easily accessible
Provide weekly reports required from head quarter for all after sales activities
Manage the technician agenda ensuring clients are attended appropriately
Assist customer in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
Monitor and applies the warranties condition and policies
Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations
Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased sales performance

**Skills**:
Speaking English or Italian is required
Engineering knowledge
Prior experience in commercial area
Availability for travel in Brazil and Italian Headquarters
