What you'll be doing:
Responsible for the financial analysis of the Logistics area and for managing performance initiatives in Intralogistics and Transport, leading a team committed to efficiency and results. Focus on cost analysis, development of KPIs, continuous improvement, and management of strategic projects, with a strong emphasis on data and collaborative leadership.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the Logistics, Finance, and Strategy areas, ensuring effective integration and communication;
Lead the financial analysis of the Logistics area, including cost analysis, budget planning, and identifying improvement opportunities;
Develop and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the operational performance of logistics operations and their conversion into results;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects (new hiring models, operational performance incentive programs, among others) that ensure operational efficiency;
Establish performance assumptions for Tactical Operations Planning;
Identify market trends and propose innovative solutions to logistical and financial challenges;
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, aligning area practices with company objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience with Supply Planning or Finance;
Experience in people management;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of Python / SQL is a differential.
