About the project:
As a FullStack C# Engineer, you must have deep knowledge and experience building B2B SaaS solutions hosted on PaaS services offered by Azure or AWS. This position will report to an Engineering Manager.
How your day-to-day work will look like:
1. Develop applications and services primarily using React and .NET hosted on either Azure or AWS PaaS offerings, and other technologies as appropriate.
2. Design architecture through diagrams and technical design documents.
3. Mentor team members, giving them regular feedback on architecture design, documentation and code quality.
4. Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards.
5. Interpret functional/non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions.
6. Test new applications and services in a variety of environments.
7. Maintain and modify existing applications without supervision.
8. Estimate and plan out work through user stories and tasks.
9. Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior.
10. Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
11. Prepare and install solutions by determining, designing, and implementing system specifications, standards, and programming guidelines.
12. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
13. Guide and mentor team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
14. Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment.
15. Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
16. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
17. Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
18. Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
19. Grow engineering teams by participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.
20. Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
21. Passion about great technologies, especially open source.
22. Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them.
This position will consist of 70% in the code and 30% mentoring other engineers.
This would make you the ideal candidate:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 6+ Years of experience working as a FullStack Developer.
3. Experience working with .NET C# and .NET 6 or later.
4. Experience working with ASPX or React.
5. Experience working with Docker and Terraform.
6. Cloud Experience with AWS or Azure.
7. Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
