The role manages 12-15 social media content calendars for clients across B2B sectors per month.
Collaborating with the Lead Strategist (former graphic designer) to develop brand identities by executing new concepts, designs of various content types, graphics, social media, email campaigns, website design, and more.
It's 100% digital design for social media posts, website design, posters, etc.
Requirements:
* Minimum five years of marketing agency or startup experience in a graphic design role is required.
* Must have experience designing for senior-level accounts.
* The team is entirely remote -- experience working remotely is necessary.
* Photoshop, Illustrator, and all graphic design tools expertise are required.
* Must have video skills, motion graphics, and basic knowledge of UX/web design.
* Experience working with AI tools to create graphic design and design output.
* Strategic mindset - the ability to strategically direct what a graphic should look like whenever needed.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present well to clients and internally.
* Extremely high level of written and oral English communication.
You'll thrive in the environment if you know how to wear multiple hats and love generating ideas and executing them independently.
Knowledge of what it means to design within the B2B sector and be creative even within conservative design limits.
Resourcefulness is essential—you aren't afraid when you don't know how to do something because you usually figure it out on your own.
