Job Summary
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring Economics Adjunct Faculty for Fall 2025.
Essential Functions
Instructs a diverse population of students in a classroom setting, using learner-centered strategies to engage students and promote student success. Maintains grades and attendance using the Canvas Learning Management System.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in economics
OR
Master’s degree or higher in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in economics.
Prefixes include ECN, EN, EC.

Additional Requirements
* Would teach classes on campus.
* Classes are typically scheduled between 8:30am and 2:15pm.
* May require standing during class time (up to 75 minutes).
