Job Purpose and Impact
The Commercial Excellence and Enablement Analyst will help consolidate materials to monitor evolving trends and feed the commercial team with data related to performance and projects in the area.
We are looking for a professional who collaborates with continuous improvement practices, visual data management and training team members to analyze and transmit knowledge. Key Accountabilities
- Provide analytical support to foster internal project initiatives.
- Help design, develop and implement training, management and performance monitoring programs.
- Analyze ideas to find opportunities and add value in line with marketing strategies.
- Implement continuous improvement routines in the marketing area.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or related field
- Solid related work experience
- Experience in continuous improvement pratices
- Data consolidation and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Minimum Intermediate English
