Job Purpose and Impact
The HR Process and Technology Lead will drive the design, implementation and measurement of future state HR processes and systems. This individual will oversee the HR technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture to enable end to end processes. They will work directly with business and functional stakeholders in obtaining buy in from leadership on key initiates including end to end process design and business process technology implementations. The role leads a team to prioritize, design, and activate processes and experiences that translate business needs into digital HR and technology enablement. They will oversee HR business process tech resources and coordinate with deployments to ensure consistency, standardization and leading practices in design and implementation of HR processes. The HR Process and Technology Lead is also responsible for establishing key stakeholder relationships that ensure connection to and awareness of strategic business direction and potential impact(s) to HR processes and systems. This enables people, process, data, and technology plans to deliver optimal business results. This individual will be a primary thought leader in the organizations HR process and tech strategy and represent HR on Cargill’s process and technology extended leadership team, coordinating the execution of major process and technology solution development and deployments. The role provides advisory and industry insights to inform short to long range HR technology capabilities for technology options, systems research, analysis, and strategy development to align to the HR strategy and broader Cargill strategy. Key Accountabilities
Lead the conceptualization and design of process and subsequent implementation with measurement of performance on innovative, scalable and fit for purpose HR technology products to respond to organizational demands.
Align future state process design with the new business process technology capabilities and infrastructure and work with information technology and systems experts to make the most of existing tools and influence the capability of next generation tools.
Partner with the HR and information technology teams to understand and drive the strategy, roadmap and implementation of enterprise process, data and technology changes and implementations.
Responsible for leading the strategy and prioritization of future state design and standardization of global HR processes and partnering across the team to connect the future state processes with current state improvement activities.

- to long-term plans to optimize the organization, function or subfunction and the talent required to execute strategies in job area. Inspire others by articulating the positive impact the organization can make, while creating an environment in which people know where they stand, including when they are performing poorly.
Develop and implement HR processes and technology that support Cargill’s people and culture strategy and desired business outcomes.
Provide strategic and operational partnership with the HR and enterprise-wide data & analytics teams to maximize technology capabilities in meeting current and long-term analytics requirements.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets related to HR technology.
Stay connected to industry trends and emerging HR technology offerings as well as best practices.
Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to HR and employee operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
Oversee security of HR systems, networks, and enterprise information. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
10 years leading HR Process and Technology solutions.
15 years of direct related work experience with 10 years of leadership experience with large or global teams with multiple manager direct reports.
Deep functional understanding of HR current state processes and confirmed experiencing leading detailed HR process and technology future state design and implementation.
Experience using HR systems and reengineering of end-to-end business processes.
Proven ability to manage large scale, complex vendor relationships.
