Our client is amarketing agency that helps universities and educational organizationsattract students and promote their programs through branding and digital campaigns. Since 2020, they have developedadvertising, social media content, websites, and print materialsthat help schools increase enrollment and visibility.
As aSenior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible forcreating, managing, and improving visual content for ads, websites, presentations, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely withcopywriters, video editors, and strategiststo ensure everything is visually engaging and aligned with each university’s brand.
This isnot just a production role —you’ll beleading design projects, making creative decisions, and working directly with teams and clientsto shape the look and feel of campaigns. If you enjoy bothhands-on design work and creative strategy, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Create marketing materials for universities, including social media graphics, digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring all materials are high-quality, consistent, and delivered on time.
Develop and refine brand visuals, helping clients maintain a strong and recognizable identity across all platforms.
Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, explaining creative choices and adjusting based on feedback.
Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Stay up to date on design trends and bring fresh ideas to improve engagement and impact.
What Makes You a Good Fit?
5+ years of experience in graphic design, working on branding and marketing materials.
Ability to take creative ownership—you’re comfortable leading design projects and making design decisions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience designing for marketing and advertising, including digital ads, social media, and print materials.
Strong storytelling skills—you know how to use visuals to capture attention and communicate messages effectively.
Comfortable presenting your work and receiving feedback, making adjustments as needed.
Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring files are structured and designs meet brand standards.
UI/UX design experience (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus but not required.
Experience working with universities, education companies, or corporate brands is a plus but not required.
