Make It Possible.Job DescriptionHow you will contribute You Will:Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities.Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations.Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus.Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances.Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Relevant labor relations or human resources experience.Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred.Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives Drive for results and customer service orientation.Project management skills and pro-actively manage work.Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities.Additional Responsibilities:Weekly routine with unions.Mapping of union and employee dissatisfaction, as well as addressing these issues, ensuring proper handling.Leading the local Labor Relations committee.Assessment of terminations.Management of disciplinary actions and conflicts involving employees.Mapping of formal and informal leaders.Handling absenteeism cases.Preparation for union negotiations to be conducted by the People Lead and Union Relations Brazil: analysis of the economic scenario, monitoring of negotiations in regional companies, projection of the adjustment rate, and budget analysis.No Relocation support available.Business Unit SummaryMondelēz Brasil is Mondelēz International’s fourth largest operation in the world, with approximately 7,500 employees proudly producing, selling and distributing some of the most beloved brands of chewing gum, candies, powdered beverages, cream cheeses, chocolates, cookies and desserts in Brazil.
