We are a young and scrappy short-term rental company operating in Vermont (https://welovevt.com), looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) based in Buenos Aires. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and is eager to help shape and document operational processes as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with guests to ensure a seamless experience, primarily over text.
* Coordinate cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors (text, voice memos, and calls).
* Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected issues as they arise, particularly related to mechanical components of properties. Must be knowledgeable or willing to learn about systems like thermostats, boilers, furnaces, hot tubs, well pumps, etc.
* Assist in developing and documenting processes for efficiency.
* Stay "on call" for urgent guest needs, with flexible working hours as long as you are available for cleaner/maintenance communications during the day.

* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts.
* Willingness to learn new things.
* Reliable internet connection, computer with webcam/microphone, and a smartphone with comfort in using new online tools.
