Duties and Responsibilities :Complete debtors and creditors functionsDaily sales order listingsReconciliation of accountsProcessing of customer invoices at the correct price and quantityRun customer statements per Pedros SOPAssist with customer queriesFollow up on customer POD’sProcessing GRV’s and supplier invoicesPrepare supplier paymentMaintain electronic filing and update department registersAd hoc admin dutiesRequirement:Must have 1 – 3 years experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyMust have 2 – 3 years experience in Sage 200 EvolutionPrevious experience in the FMCG, Fast Food or Retail sectorEffective time management, problem solving and decision makingSolid understanding of accounting concepts and principlesGood verbal and written skills
