Job Description
As the Head of GTM Operations Chile, you will be responsible for leading our business strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong external relationships to ensure market success.
How You’ll Contribute:
Strategic Leadership
* Lead the strategic planning process, ensuring long-term goals and objectives are met.
* Monitor the company’s performance against set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Adapt the company’s strategy in response to market trends and business environment changes.
Executive Management
* Oversee and evaluate team performance, ensuring operational efficiency.
* Optimize financial, human, and material resource allocation.
* Promote a strong organizational culture based on ethics, transparency, innovation, and excellence.
* Make strategic decisions that impact the company’s future growth and sustainability.
External Representation
* Represent the company in dealings with clients, government agencies, media, and other stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, suppliers, and industry organizations.
* Participate in relevant industry events and forums to strengthen market positioning.
* Safeguard the company’s image and reputation in the Chilean market.
Corporate Governance
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal corporate governance policies.
* Implement best practices that promote transparency, ethics, and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* 4-5 years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or SaaS sectors.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and develop actionable insights.
* Proven ability to drive business growth and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and oral), including exceptional presentation and reporting abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Background in business administration, economics, or engineering.
* Experience in management consulting, startups, or digital health.
* Knowledge of the Chilean healthcare or SaaS market.
