Lead Channel Marketing Manager - Latin America
As a driven, analytical, results-oriented, and creative Sr Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead Outbound and O&O Channel Marketing for Amazon Music across Latin America.
This role owns the strategy to accelerate Amazon Music customer growth by building and optimizing a best-in-class channel marketing practice in LATAM. The primary responsibility is the performance of local channel marketing programs, focusing on Content and Channel experimentation for Outbound and O&O channels.
You will work across the full customer journey, including acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention, and churn. You will develop experiments to improve key metrics and dive deep into our customer data to unveil new growth opportunities in the region. You will ensure a bar-raising CX for customers and provide strategic and tactical support to optimize the roll-out of Global Marketing strategies in our region.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch channel marketing experiments that drive incremental customer growth in LATAM.
* Owning the strategy, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outbound and O&O campaigns across marketing channels to drive customer growth for Amazon Music in Latin America.
* Owning the relationship with Partners' channel marketing team to drive shared workstreams fostering the adoption of Amazon Music amongst Prime Video, Prime, and Alexa customers.
* Conducting deep dive analysis working with BI and Finance to measure program performance, analyzing customer and business data to identify growth opportunities.
* Working with global teams to inform and influence growth marketing strategy on a global level.
* Writing up proposals, testing roadmaps, and campaign reviews with a monthly overall review of progress against targets.
We are seeking a data-driven, creative problem-solver, and self-starter with great business acumen. You will have strong analytical and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Marketing Experimentation is also essential. Given the complexity of the role, it is crucial to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.
