We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for the LATAM market. As we enter the newly regulated LATAM market, this role will be crucial in localizing our marketing initiatives for our world class slot games!

Responsibilities
What you'll do
1. Develop and implement a bespoke LATAM Marketing Strategy that positions Games Global as ‘the one’ and associated studios as leaders of our industry.
2. Serve as a marketing expert within the LATAM market, providing guidance and advice to other members of the marketing team to assure best outputs and deliverables.
3. Identify opportunities to grow external exposure for the Games Global brand.
4. Grow with the business, ensuring all tangible, event and exhibition verticals are strategized and implemented as and when needed.
5. Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
6. Work closely with internal resources and external creative agencies to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
7. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the online slot B2B supplier industry in the LATAM market.
8. Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and regulatory developments to inform marketing strategies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
10. Create compelling and engaging digital content tailored to the target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, and multimedia content.
11. Manage content distribution across various online platforms to increase brand awareness.
12. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media dedicated to the LATAM market.
13. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
14. Coordinate the launch of new online slot products, working closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams.
15. Develop marketing campaigns to generate excitement and demand around new product releases.
16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
17. Gather customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
18. Manage the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
19. Monitor and report on the return on investment for marketing initiatives to the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
1. Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing in similar or related industries.
o iGaming industry background is highly advantageous.
2. In-depth knowledge of the LATAM online slot market.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
