The Marketing Analyst for Channel will develop and execute traditional and digital marketing plan for Channel Distributors T2 in Brazil and support the NPD's set up and promotion with T2 Distributors with the following responsibilities:
Distributor's Marketing Plan
- Visit Distributors Quarterly to stablish goals and make follow ups;
- 360 tool administration;
- Work together with T2 Distributors Marketing Teams to develop and execute the annual traditional Marketing Plan (Set up a calendar of Co-participation in face-to-face Exhibitions or Events; Coordinate participation with Sales Teams; Work with the Digital Team to promote the event by mail or social media (when applies));
- Work together with T2 Distributors Marketing Teams to develop and execute the annual Digital Marketing Plan (Use the RCM tool to update distributors web pages; Set up a calendar for a digital plan; Develop assets to use in social media; Prepare monthly reports of social media; Analyze results to evaluate any progress in the Digital Plan; Analyze distributors' websites to verify that Ansell's branding is using correctly);
- Guidance on Ansell Brand Identity manual and others, sending pictures and technical product information;
- Stablish strategies to deliver better Product Information/Customized Catalogues for distributors sales teams;
- Implementation of an incentive programs (when apply);
- Create distributors communications letters;
- Sharing price increases, portfolio news and strategies;
Leads Flow
- Set leads in the SalesForce Marketing Campaigns related to T2;
- Monitoring SalesForce opportunities (Leads) generated from websites or events;
- Monthly Report of lead progress;
Portfolio and NPD's
- Work together with T2 Distributors Marketing teams to set a Calendar of training to position Ansell products on Distributors Sales Teams;
- NPD's Set-up (launching, promotion & rejuvenation);
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate NPD's rotation and administration;
- Implement action plan for SKU rationalization, excess inventory, slow movers and expire.
A&P Administration
- Administrate Assigned Budget
**KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**
- College Degree: Marketing, Communications or related.
**Required job competencies**
- Advanced level English;
- Microsoft office;
- Project management and strong organizational skills.
**Desirable job competencies**
- Sales Force
