Position Overview : We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager who can take full ownership of the day-to-day management of our Amazon business.
This is not just an execution role--we need an A-player who is highly autonomous (Level 3-4), proactive, and capable of improving processes rather than just maintaining them.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring and optimizing our Amazon seller account, with a strong focus on advertising, listing optimization, competitor analysis, and keyword rankings.
They should be data-driven, strategic, and continuously seeking ways to improve performance and scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities : Catalog & Listing Management: Maintain and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
Conduct regular updates to product details, images, and A+ Content.
Ensure that all listing copy, SEO elements, and backend keywords are fully optimized.
Develop SEO strategies, including A/B testing for titles, images, and descriptions.
Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
Performance Monitoring & Growth Strategy: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as keyword rankings, conversion rates, and sales trends.
Utilize Helium 10, Excel, and other Amazon analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, making strategic recommendations.
Develop data-backed strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Implement sales forecasting models to plan inventory and budget allocations.
Advertising & PPC Management: Oversee and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize profitability.
Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets based on performance data.
Monitor ad spend efficiency and ROI, continuously improving campaign performance.
Operational Management & Issue Resolution: Handle Amazon case management, working directly with Amazon Support when necessary.
Maintain strong account health, ensuring compliance with Amazons policies.
Ensure that listing issues, policy violations, or suspensions are resolved within 48 hours.
Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategy: Conduct bi-weekly competitor analysis to track market trends and identify new opportunities.
Adjust pricing and promotional strategies based on real-time market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.
Provide market data and insights to assist in new product development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): +1.5% Increase in Conversion Rates (compared to the previous year) Top-5 Ranking for Primary Keywords (ongoing keyword improvement) 100% Listing Accuracy & Issue Resolution Within 48 Hours Consistently Maintain an Amazon Health Rating (AHR) of 1000+ Data-Driven Ad Spend Optimization & Sales Growth Qualifications : Must Haves: 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts.
Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, including case management.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.
Deep understanding of PPC campaign optimization and SEO best practices.
Ability to self-manage (Level 3-4 autonomy)-must be proactive and strategic.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent English communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves : Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces.
Experience with automation tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, etc.).
