The Academys work is centered on events and programs, which require coordination year-round.
This position will support those events and program sessions in many ways.
We provide these services to English speaking and Portuguese speaking audiences.
With most events being online.
Time commitment:This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, that requires you to be available to communicate with a global team.
Generally, we expect you to work 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
The hours are somewhat flexible; however, you must be available for meetings with the global team between 9 am and 4 pm USA Eastern Time on weekdays.
The role also requires your availability for every CP event.
They usually occur between 11 am and 6 pm USA Eastern Time on weekdays.
Events vary in length, ranging from one hour to 7 hours.
If events take place over the weekend or outside of those times, you can coordinate with your supervisor to take the corresponding time off from another workday.
Qualifications: Must speak, read, and write in Portuguese and English.
