Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for the online sales platform, ensuring seamless customer experience, efficient order processing, and effective use of digital channels.
* Oversee the design, development, and management of the e-commerce platform using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
* Lead cross-functional teams in the successful planning and execution of eCommerce initiatives, as well as communication with key stakeholders and service providers.
* Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the company's eCommerce platform for performance, usability, and mobile compatibility, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers in the machinery sector.
* Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive improvements in eCommerce performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the eCommerce space.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce project management.
* Proven knowledge in Salesforce, including hands-on implementation and management.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and project management tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience within the machinery, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
