This role will act as a key contact point between business units and E2E, facilitating service transitions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Relationship Management and Service ExpansionAct as a focal point between the Americas markets and NBS, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and expansion opportunities.Identify new service opportunities and collaborate with the Prospecting and Portfolio Management areas to assess the feasibility and impact of migrating processes to NBS.Support the Transition Projects team in executing new services, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and adherence to established methodology.Support for Program Management and ExpansionSupport the structuring of business cases for new services, consolidating data and analyses for decision-making.Ensure that new projects follow the transition and governance framework, aligned with strategic objectives.Monitor project progress and prepare executive reports for senior leadership.Collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and E2Es to ensure alignment in expansion processes.Governance and Process StandardizationEnsure that processes transitioned by NBS are aligned with global guidelines, methodology, and quality standards.Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service delivery as agreed with the markets.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and process transformation, promoting operational efficiency.Support for Communication and Expectation ManagementPrepare and present executive reports on service performance and the evolution of transition projects.Define communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment between the markets and NBS.Manage stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks and resolving issues that impact the quality of services provided.Desired ProfileEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Previous experience in project management, stakeholder relations, and/or NBS operations.Knowledge of transition projects, service governance, and continuous improvement is a differentiator.Skills and CompetenciesRelationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with markets and stakeholders.Process Orientation: Understanding of operational flows and continuous pursuit of efficiency.Communication and Influence: Ability to articulate ideas and align expectations with different audiences.Analysis and Decision Making: Ability to analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvements.Proactivity and Problem Solving: Focus on solutions and ability to handle challenges in dynamic environments.Advanced Spanish (mandatory) for interaction with different countries in the Americas region;Intermediate English (mandatory) for interaction with Global Nestlé and stakeholders.
