Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee the Dedicated Dealers’ Project expansion continuity in an accelerated way and aligned with the business plan:
a. Review and update the expansion plan periodically.
b. Work together with the sales team as the Dedicated Dealear Project’s guardian and keeping the motivation high to expand the project.
2. Organic growth through sales team by:
c. Generating leads.
d. Managing the prospects’ sales funnel.
e. Supporting the candidates’ conversation to dedicated dealer.
f. Providing support materials for the commercial time.
3. Explore new ways to capture investors
a. Identify and organize fairs and other forums to capture leads.
b. Work along with Marketing to use Digital Marketing to promote the Dedicated Dealer Project.
c. Work along with specialized companies to have access to qualified mailing from potential investors.
4. Approve investors with financial capacity and a profile that matches the business model
d. Revisit the definition of the Dedicated Dealer partner’s ideal profile.
e. Structure the validation/approval committee
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and related areas; Post Graduation is desirable.
• Experience in the commercial area and in the network expansion area;
• Experience in participating in fairs and entrepreneurship/franchising events;
• Experience in people management: ability to present ideas and discuss financial analysis/business plan;
• Advanced English knowledge;
• Office Package;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to carry out analysis and action plan recommendations;
• Ability to handle complex negotiations.
• Availability to travel 40% of the work time
