1.Purpose of role:
Managing company´s brand strategy implementation, controlling marketing activities in the way to ensure the achievement of planned goals.
Guide the communication line into the company, through all areas, creating only one language inside and outside of the brand.
Become communication channels (online and offline) the best efficient conexion with the market
2.Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role
Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
Support management level in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables to sales team and provide instructions for usage and promotion
Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, assignments and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Coordinate Communication Agency in the way to assure the achievements planned for awareness, media/ leads generation and management, supporting sales targets

3.Experience & Educational background & Expertise
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
Have a proficient level of English
Experience in marketing coordination or similar role (minimum 5 years)
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Skilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office) and understand multiple languages and cultures
Experience using data analytics software for research
Excellent level communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Must be able to work independently: self-motivative
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Have a driving license
Availabilty to travel
