ETeacher Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to own and manage our social media presence across various platforms for multiple brands within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and online reputation management (ORM) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple channels and brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Create content plans, execute posting schedules, and manage content performance.
* Content Creation & Briefs: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content tailored to each brand’s unique voice, ensuring all posts align with brand guidelines and messaging. Own the creation of content briefs for campaigns and social media initiatives.
* Community Engagement & ORM: Work with Marketing Managers to foster active and engaged online communities across different brands, building relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty. Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) initiatives by collaborating with customer service and internal teams to ensure timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback. Lead projects to improve online reviews and reputation scores.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all brand channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Provide regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and sentiment.
* Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities across all channels. Leverage insights to continuously improve social media strategies and enhance each brand’s positioning.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably managing multiple brands across various social media channels.
* Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube), with a proven track record in managing both organic content and social media strategy.
* Content Development & Briefing: Strong skills in content creation, with experience collaborating with creative teams and providing clear briefs aligned with brand messaging.
* Community Management: Experience in fostering online communities and working closely with customer service and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Strong data-driven approach for optimizing engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.
* Project Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Up-to-Date with Trends: Passionate about staying current with social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to optimize continuously.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt brand tone across different social media channels.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally, particularly with marketing managers, creative teams, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Online Reputation Management (ORM): Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and initiatives to promote positive brand scoring and reviews.
* Boosting Experience: Experience in managing boosted posts to increase reach and engagement on social media platforms.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, related field.
