Job DescriptionThe principle responsibility is to formulate marketing strategy and ensure effective execution to meet specific organizational objectives for the assigned Eyecare and Neuroscience portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating promotional tactics, KOL management, new product launch, forecast management, and supporting the field staff in field communication.
Specific Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand plans and drive brand strategy.
Prepare marketing plans and cycle plans for ethical and OTC channels.
Ensure execution and excellence of the plans with regular review and evaluation in response to market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Align and transform Global and Regional brand strategies for local execution.
Conceptualize and prepare necessary promotional materials in line with the marketing plan.
Coordinate with the internal international marketing team, the agency, vendors, and other suppliers for marketing materials and events.
Develop product differentiation messages and provide training on supporting in-field team’s communication and customer engagement.
Work jointly with cross-functional teams for product training to the field staff and align with the sales team for the use of marketing materials.
Conduct regular field visits for customer engagement, KOL management, and gather market intelligence in formulating promotional tactics.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing from the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with DTC campaigns and OTC market is an advantage.
Assertive self-starter who possesses a high degree of self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
Must have good oral and written communication skills (English), with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
