Saucon Valley Country Club is committed to delivering an exceptional country club experience to its members and guests, each and every day. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Concierge to fill this very important role.
This position will be the first point of contact for members and guests when they call or enter our Main Clubhouse. This position not only acts as concierge, but they provide administrative support to the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate should be professional, personable, and customer service oriented.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
* Manage the reception area, including keeping it tidy and presentable
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to members and guests
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless operation
* Assist with valet parking when needed
Requirements
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Concierge or similar role
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Experience in calendar management is a plus
* Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
