As a Media and Performance Manager your greatest challenge will be to grow the companie's e-commerce international presence by planning and executing strategic plans, analysing, selecting and negotiating with big expressive marketing agencies.
**Main responsabilities**
- Plan and execute the strategic plan for marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and other campaigns;
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
- Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Evaluate emerging technologies;
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
- Collaborate and negotiate with agencies and other vendor partners;

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
