**Your new role**:
- Reporting to the Marketing Director and supervising a team of 2 employees, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing plans across media, communications channels, PR, influencer marketing, CRM and partnerships for: Transactional digital formats (VOD and EST) and videogame product (in console, digital formats, as well as in mobile platforms).
- The Marketing manager is charged with the management, execution and material growth of the Warner Play digital brand, guaranteeing the effectiveness of the communication vehicles for reaching target audiences and commercial purposes
**Your role accountabilities**:
**_ Transactional video and Videogames_**
- Prepare and develop New Release marketing plans, including objectives, strategy, audience definition and positioning, and oversee its implementation by rest of the marketing team.
- Determine marketing budget (PAP) amount to spend on each activity per marketing plan - new release and catalog.
- Oversee marketing budget (PAP) budget control, annual and by title, perform monthly control/adjustments.
- Prepare and develop Media plans:
- Creation of briefs for the agency
- Agency recommendation review and approval
- Creation of purchase order
- Coordinate execution with agency.
- Results Analysis
- Oversee execution of social media publishing, paid social ROI and reports/metrics.
- Oversee execution of CRM strategy.
- Manage and oversee PR/Influencer marketing strategy and execution, to scale editorial content and reach right audiences.
- Define and oversee the Warner Play content strategy with associated marketing and sales KPI's on its various existing and new communication channels. On the matter of content, serve as point person for business development activities and other discussions with both internal and external parties supporting Warner Play-related monetization objectives as directed by Management.
- Manage local marketing team fully in line with Company’s core people management values and in such a way that facilitates team members excelling in the performance of their duties.
- Collaborate with all other functional areas in Brazil, as well as teams and functional areas elsewhere in Latin America and the U.S., as warranted and as directed by Management, including sharing and receiving “best practices”.
**Transactional Video**
- Prepare/Recommend Digital Rolling Forecasts numbers (monthly) & Prepare/Recommend Budget estimated numbers (yearly)
- Perform Local analysis based on Comps
- Review and analyze Comps files sent by Burbank
- Determine/Recommend Bundles Pricing
- Prepare/Manage Monthly polling file.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Marketing experience
- Previous experience with media, consumer goods, entertainment or digital distribution.
- Proven experience in marketing, brand management or communication roles, that involves the creation of marketing go-to-market plans.
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
**Other Nice to Have**:
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience making data-driven strategic marketing decisions using funnel tracking, A/B testing and other analytical tools.
- Understanding how to translate consumer insights or trends into actual sales.
- Ability to prepare reports and project plans
- Power Point and Excel advanced skills
- Financial/Budgeting skills a plus.
