- Take ownership of analytical projects end-to-end from extracting & exploring data, generating a hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results;
- Collaborate with relevant teams and colleagues to refine process and introduce initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
- Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management;
- Ownership of Logistics reporting: maintenance and improvements of daily reports, reviewing results, highlighting issues and proposing actions to solve them.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., business analyst, data analyst, consultant, projects);
- Highly developed analytical skills;
- Proficient Excel & PowerPoint skills (or Google alternatives);
- Advanced/Fluent in English;
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills;
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure;
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
