What your future may hold
As an HR Business Partner:
• You have an impact on Belgian Operations, by serving as the main point of contact for personnel-related matters, supporting both employees and managers.
• You oversee the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to development and retention.
• You work closely with business leaders on onboarding, training, performance reviews, and more.
• You initiate execution of Benelux initiatives to enhance employee experience and HR programs.
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations and BASF policies and provide market trend insights.
• You maintain employee data and use metrics to influence decision-making.
• You will be guided by the Senior HR Business Partner through the BASF organisation, and you will collaborate on improving HR processes and participating in project groups.
• You contribute via your HR expertise to the Works’ Council alongside the Senior HR Business Partner.
Your skillset
• You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• You have about 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, with expertise in several HR domains such as Learning & Development, Performance & Reward, Social Law & Relations.
• You communicate efficiently in Dutch and English, with the ability to navigate complex environments and provide clear guidance. French is a plus.
• You are solution-oriented with a service-minded approach.
• You are willing to travel within Belgium and occasionally to Germany.
