**What will you work on**:
- A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
- Responsible for the leadership development and for contribute through HR programs and tools in order to accelerate results
- Responsible for conducting the Performance Management Cycle (PPP) and Succession Map
- Recruitment of key positions
- Responsible for building and for the accomplishment of HR budget for the Plant Manager and HR SRManager
- A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead big projects with high risks and resource requirements.

Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
- Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.

- People management:
- Influence at all levels ensuring project execution on time (Up to Sr. Directors)

- This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in employee relations, including grievance, disciplinary actions, dismissal.
- Excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills required
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese; Intermediate English, Spanish Intermediate
