We’re looking for a contractual Inventory and Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things moving and meticulously organized! In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our products seamlessly move from our manufacturing partners to our third-party warehouses, and that every item is right where it should be, when it should be. You’ll dive into inventory tracking, fine-tune data in our ERP system, and coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to make our supply chain as efficient and accurate as possible. What you'll be doing:
Inventory Management
* Supports managing inventory, orders, and storage logistics across all third-party warehouses.
* Ensures the accuracy of inventory records by regularly reconciling physical stock with system data.
* Documents and develops processes for handling and resolving inventory discrepancies.
* Learns and effectively uses our new ERP system for precise inventory tracking and management.
* Manages the integration of inventory data into the ERP system to maintain up-to-date records.
Logistics
* Tracks the allocation of products against actual shipments arriving at warehouses.
* Updates and maintains milestones in our container tracking system to reflect the current status of shipments from manufacturers to delivery points.
* Monitors and reports on the progress of inbound containers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaboration and Communication
* Works closely with third-party warehouse teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations and address issues promptly.
* Communicates effectively with all parties involved to ensure that all logistics and inventory data are accurate and up-to-date.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
* Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What you bring to the table:
* Proven experience, preferably two (2) to five (5) years, in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably with experience in ERP systems.
* Familiarity with supply chain management, particularly related to inbound logistics and warehousing.
* Proficient in using ERP systems; experience with similar software is highly beneficial.
* Strong competency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in inventory control.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage discrepancies and streamline processes.
* Good communication skills to coordinate with various teams and external partners.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in inventory and logistics processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator (Contract) position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
Our must-haves:
* Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
* Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
* Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed if the primary connection becomes spotty.
Duration: This post will run for six (6) months only.
Status: This is a contractual position with no benefits included.
Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
