Key Responsibilities
- Implement management and technical direction for all facets of the Planning / Scheduling function
- Establish project control planning / schedule procedures, guidelines, and flow charts to suit project requirements and needs
- Manage project planning / scheduling teams, coordinate input from PMT functions, and supervise all planning and scheduling functions
- Ensure effective project planning / scheduling measures are executed by contractors and subcontractors' organizations
- Prepare project controls Gates deliverables in line with Company Project Management System
Requirements
- Strong background in project planning and scheduling
- Experience in establishing project control planning / schedule procedures, guidelines, and flow charts
- Proven track record of managing project planning / scheduling teams and supervising all planning and scheduling functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
