OverviewWe are looking for an entry-level Figma Designer to join our team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will work within existing Figma files (based on Webflow templates), customizing and adapting designs using client-supplied imagery, text, and content direction.
This role requires strong Figma skills, a basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator, and the ability to move quickly and efficiently within a design system.
This is a remote contract position.
We prefer candidates based in the USA or Brazil.
Role Details Compensation: $40/hrEstimated Hours per Project: 10–20 hoursTypical Project Duration: 2–3 weeksProject Load: Depending on availability, you may be assigned up to 3 projects at a timeTemplate-Based Work: These are not from-scratch designs – all work will be within existing Figma templates
What You'll Do Customize existing Figma templates based on content, imagery, and design requirementsTreat and prepare imagery using Photoshop and/or IllustratorAdapt client-supplied images and copy into layouts that match template structure and visual identityMaintain design consistency and visual polish throughout the fileCollaborate with developers and/or copywriters as neededDeliver organized and complete Figma files with all imagery and assets properly managed
