The Brand Manager, Immunology is responsible for managing established brand positioning and driving performance, leading the brand team and working with IFTs (In Field Team) in their efforts to carry out the company’s goals and strategies and support the team.
Specifically, shaping the market for accelerated penetration with expanded indications is expected performance. Business & financial acumen (long-term sales forecasting, budget management, and business case development) based on market environment understanding, generating impactful insights to strategy through stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution including effective storytelling with proper material/tactics are expected capabilities.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion
Executing marketing strategies
Developing annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets
Recognizing the needs of key stakeholders and addressing them
Participating in training and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies
Developing detailing materials in line with the brand team’s goals and strategies
Understanding and presenting clinical data (must be able to provide as much information as necessary and answer product-related questions, instructions on usage, safety data, clinical study data, etc.)
Leading eChannel Management
Managing the patient support program
Ensuring all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards
Achieving sales, margin, and market share annual goalsQualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree with scientific background preferred
Experience in Immunology preferred
Relevant experience in new brand launch preferred
3+ years of sales or marketing experience in the relevant industry
