**_About Service Execution Team

- You will be part of the Brazil Service team.
Our department is responsible to provide field technical support 24/7 to customers in Brazil and/or all over the world when necessary.
Joining us you will have the opportunity to develop your technical/personnel skills in several customers/countries.
**Your responsibilities**:
- _Opening related to Cement Industry - Weigh Feeder Area - PFister
- _Provides technical advice to customers including troubleshooting, commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment
- _Identifies and corrects more complex technical problems associated with equipment from cement and/or mining industries and analysis of equipment or related machines,
- _Provides technical support to customers on their sites, including maintenance, commissioning, installing, and start-up of their machines, preparation and analysis of equipment or related machines,
- _Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products, parts, upgrades and services that will meet customer needs,
- _Develops on-going relationships with customers to secure future business,
- _Resolves/troubleshoots implementation problems and/or training customers on the features of the equipment,
- _Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities,
- _Responsibilities may include managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision and coaching, delegating and reviewing the work of lower-level employees.
**What you bring**:
- Technical experience with equipment from Cement and/or mining industries.
- Advanced/fluent English,
- Availability to travel up to 90% of the time,
- Good Interpersonal relationship,
- Engineer graduation is desirable but a great differential,
- High knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Office, Outlook, etc),
- Team player & strong work ethics and integrity,
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills,
- Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.
