About the job: Brand & Market Intelligence Supervisor
The Retail Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the retail efforts of the company by managing internal and market variables. This person will work with various teams (such as sales, customer service, and product development) to develop strategies that will help the business succeed.
In this role, the individual will ensure the company meets its sales goals and is responsible for handling promotional marketing budgets, managing retail teams, and monitoring stock, with more details below:
1. Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand funnel.
2. Developing pricing strategies for products based on competitors' prices, customers' willingness to pay, and company cost structures.
3. Identifying new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors.
4. Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing or new markets.
5. Designing advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales.
6. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales.
7. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores.
8. Conducting process governance to ensure fast response in the face of market changes.
Requirements:
1. Advanced English proficiency.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. A vocal person who can challenge situations and create innovative solutions.
4. Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships.
5. Basic or more finance knowledge.
6. Preferably experience within the auto industry due to its unique market dynamics, competitive behavior, and understanding of various offerings.
7. A well-positioned specialist or supervisor with more than 7 years of experience within retail market and sales structures.
