About The Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Latin American Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
* Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
* Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
* Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.
* Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
* Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.
