You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll ensure the rigorous application of our configuration and change procedures and instructions, shaping the landscape of project management within Alstom.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, production, quality management), organize and manage project evolutions, and much more.You'll specifically take care of setting up Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, maintaining the integrity of project baselines, and controlling configurations.
But also, you will perform configuration verifications and issue key performance indicators (KPIs).We'll look to you for:Developing and implementing the configuration and change management planPlanning, organizing, and managing the CCB meetingsCollecting quality, cost, and delivery impacts as neededEnsuring traceability and comprehensive reportingMaintaining and updating the configuration and change databaseManaging the configuration strategy and project baselinesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
