RDI delivers POS services (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations to the fastest-growing food restaurant chain in over 120 countries and over 37,500 locations worldwide.RDI joined the Capgemini group in 2017, which has 360,000 collaborators in almost 50 countries.Our PurposeSupport our partner by increasing product deliveries and leveraging high-end technology to transform the customer experience.Our VisionProvide remarkable experience for our PEOPLE and our partner!Responsibilities:Analysis and Solution Definition:Developing complex functional and technical specifications for the RDI software products;Discover, gather and organize business requirements from clients and stakeholders to the proposed work (New Features development and/or enhancement work);Understand the business challenges, propose new and better ways to work on these challenges;Review, edit and complement requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solutions;Presenting design specifications to stakeholders, analyzing feedback received and updating specifications accordingly;Work side-by-side with Tech Leads and Developers to refine the business specifications related to technical storiesTechnical Recommendation and Testing:Align the communication of technical changes to the development team;Work closely with the client to identify required changes and refine them with the Tech Lead to spread them to the development team;Support the Quality Assurance team to make sure the tests are being performed accordingly with what was designed.Project Execution:Support the Scrum Master and Project’s stakeholders to meet the Project schedule and deadlines;Enforce the standard policies to fulfill user stories in the correct way;Enforce the communication to the entire team regarding project standards and best practices;Support squad’s deliveries to the client;Understand how the technical project works.
