Position: SAP HCM Payroll – Technical Consultant Experience: 6-10 Years Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll – Technical Consultant with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, process design, configuration, implementation, and testing within SAP HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Time Management.
Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and design processes in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.Configure, implement, and test SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management functionalities to meet business needs.Develop and enhance Payroll and Time Management schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll processing, time evaluation, and schema modifications.Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and enhance system performance.Provide technical support, documentation, and training as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management implementation.Expertise in Payroll and Time Management schemas, PCRs, and custom configurations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks within defined timelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with country-specific Payroll configurations (US, UK, etc.).Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP HCM.Knowledge of SAP ABAP for debugging and technical troubleshooting.
