**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The EHS intern will assist with sustainability program activities at the Colgate Palmolive Industrial plant in Via Anchieta.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB**:
Daily waste control and weekly reporting (generate the report and analyze trends);
Monitor and manage the logistics for waste container exchanges internally and with suppliers;
Control waste disposal documents (manifestos, invoices, disposal certificates according to CP standards and current legislation requirements);
Inspect waste storage areas - daily;
Provide support for the EHS training plan;
Monitor the Pest Control Program;
Participate in the waste and water reduction program (lead projects and reduction initiatives);
Act as an internal auditor for the EHS Internal Audit Program and EHS inspections;
Create, update, and control action plans, and follow up with responsible parties.
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
