This team provides the Order Management Processes (OMP), tools and order support for worldwide dealers and customers to quote and order Caterpillar E&T Engine products and then interfaces to worldwide manufacturing facilities to build and ship these orders. In addition, once shipment has occurred, this role collaborates with our traffic and logistics teams to ensure product timely reaches destination.
