Job Purpose
Operate the vessel's radio and telephone equipment continuously, as well as provide the interface for receiving messages from vessels and aircraft.
Job Description
1. Operate radio telephone equipment, in accordance with current regulations;
2. Responsible for receiving and supporting aircraft, acting as HLO;
3. Responsible for boarding and disembarking people on board aircraft and conducting pre-disembarkation briefings;
4. Support to the first mate in managing and controlling helideck documentation;
5. Responsible for receiving and contacting other vessels as required by the operational needs and directly interfacing with the bridge/engineering;
6. Fulfillment of the functions specified in the vessel's Master Table for the function (support in communication in emergencies);
7. Responsible for sending and controlling port arrival and departure documents (crew and passenger list);
8. Focal point on board for changing shifts and interfacing with the personal logistics team;
9. Human Resources support on board (assistance in filling out time sheets and personal objectives in HR Web);
10. Controlling community welfare items on board (books, films, magazines, video games, musical instruments, etc.);
11. Administrative tasks on board: Personnel control (POB), organizing personnel in cabins and issuing notices as requested by the OCM, Captain and Inspector;

1. High school completed.
2. Professional registration required:
3. CNS -014
4. EPTA CAT "M" (CNS-014)
5. CHT - Technical Qualification Certificate
6. LPNA - Air Navigation Personnel License.
7. Experience in the position.
8. Advanced English.
