1. Manages sell-in in line with global guidelines (assortment, etc.) for Brazil.
2. First point of contact for partners to solve operational and administrative issues.
3. Uses all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.
4. Liaises with district manager to support sell-out.
5. Prepares, adapts and sells special occasion sell-in packages in line with global guidelines.
6. Ensures excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines, securing the maximum impact to the consumer.
7. Actively monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement.
8. Provides feedback as well as any other ideas to central on any improvement areas.
9. Secures good communication flow with the Global S&CI team and key stakeholders across the organization.
About you
10. Bachelor’s degree
11. 3-5 years of professional experience as Key Account Manager
12. B2B experience
13. Strong influencer and relationship skills
14. Business proficiency in local language and Intermediate English skills
15. Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
16. Willingness to travel within assigned area of up to 50% of working time.
17. Spanish is a plus
